We want you to feel confident and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Here's everything you need to know.
Arrive 15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to check in, set up your mat, and acclimate to the warm room before class begins.
What to Bring
Mat, bath-sized towel or larger (to place on top of mat), and water. All available to rent or purchase at the studio. Required for all classes.
What to Wear
Close-fitting, lightweight, non-restrictive clothing. Nothing below the knees. Less is more in the heat.
The Studio Environment
Our infrared-heated room is warm and welcoming — not overwhelming. Clean air, rubber floors, no harsh smells.
Two Weeks Unlimited
Experience every class, every instructor, every style. No recurring billing, no contract. Just two full weeks to fall in love with hot yoga.
Valid for new and local students only. No refunds. Not valid for Yoga Wall, Sauna, e84, or "Silent" classes.
