The original hot yoga experience. Bikram yoga is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 95–105°F. Each posture systematically works every part of the body, delivering oxygen to every organ, vein, ligament, and muscle. The 90-minute class is challenging, meditative, and deeply transformative.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-energy, mat-based class that combines Pilates principles with interval training in a heated room. The result is a class that sculpts, tones, and strengthens your entire body while keeping your heart rate elevated. No equipment needed — just your mat and your determination.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic, breath-synchronized practice that links movement and breath in a continuous, flowing sequence. Classes vary in intensity and style depending on the instructor, but always emphasize mindful movement, alignment, and the meditative quality of breath. A wonderful complement to any yoga practice.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body — fascia, ligaments, and joint capsules. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes, allowing gravity and time to do the work. The practice is deeply calming, introspective, and balancing — the perfect counterpart to more active styles.

The yoga wall is a unique therapeutic tool that uses ropes and straps anchored to the wall to support the body in poses that would otherwise be inaccessible. It's particularly powerful for spinal decompression, inversions, deep hip openers, and injury recovery. Sessions can be private or small group.

A specially adapted yoga practice designed to support you and your baby throughout pregnancy. Poses are carefully selected and modified to be safe and beneficial at every stage of pregnancy. The class focuses on breath, pelvic floor health, back pain relief, and preparing the body and mind for birth.

Our full spectrum infrared sauna offers a private, deeply therapeutic experience. Full spectrum infrared (near, mid, and far) penetrates deep into tissue for maximum therapeutic benefit. Chromotherapy lighting enhances the experience. Sessions are private and can be booked independently or as a complement to your yoga practice.
