Hot Yoga is a unique and rigorous type of yoga, consisting of 26 different poses and two breathing exercises – all done in a room with the temperature turned up to 95-105 degrees with 40% humidity. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, hot yoga classes can work wonders for you!
Sweat, stretch, tone, and build incredible mental strength with this therapeutic and traditional hot yoga class.
Our daily lives can lead to unnecessary body stress and disconnection. This class counters the negative influences we regularly encounter. You will leave feeling free, grounded, with a deep level of satiation.
This multi-modality class is part of a signature series based on the different Chakras of the body, with each class focusing on one specific Chakra. Combining essences of movement therapy (Gyrotonics), breathwork and sound healing with easy, gentle restorative yoga movements, anyone at any level can enjoy for an integrated self-healing practice from the physical – and as we meditate – deeper into the mind and spirit.
Live a healthier, happier, more well-rested life by joining us for meditation.
Our Hot Pilates class is an upbeat, energetic 60-minute mat class with music that sculpts and tones your entire body, strengthens your core and improves your cardiovascular system!

Welcome to Hot For Yoga in Old Town Newhall!
We are open for classes, in the STUDIO and VIRTUALLY online!
We’re located at 24366 Walnut Street in Newhall, CA 91321.
We often have students comment on how our studio doesn’t “smell like a hot yoga studio.” We have clean, rubber floors that don’t absorb smells and sweat and utilize fresh air ventilation and humidification systems, as well as a hydroxyl generator to scrub the air of viruses and bacteria. Our radiant heating panels emit safe, long wave radiant heat in the far infrared spectrum, to which human skin is 98% receptive and penetrates the skin 1-1/2 inches deep. This deep heating reaches into the muscle tissues and internal organs. Below are some of the benefits of practicing yoga in this type of heat.
Entrance and parking lot are in the rear of the building, through the alley way between Main & Walnut streets and 8th & 9th streets
Additional parking is available in the 3-story parking structure on 9th/Railroad.
