LIMITLESS: Jordan Lydia Workshop
About Jordan Lydia:
I am a 10 year practitioner and teacher of Ghosh 26/2, 84, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I absolutely love practicing Ghosh 84 and creating joyful 84 yoga communities. Through yoga I healed my spine of scoliosis. Since 2013, I have been demonstrating in yoga asana championships. I started at the bottom to 5th place in the 2021 International Yoga Sports Federation Championships. If I can do it, anyone can!
I experienced a deeply traumatic divorce and long dark night of the soul in 2019, which heralded my rebirth. I discovered and refined methods to reprogram my subconscious mind and recode my unconscious body to release trauma and phoenix myself. I have two feline lords. I am a witchepreneur! I love reiki, tarot, magic, creating sassy subliminals, and Heinz ketchup! My vulnerability is my superpower!
